Gluten Free Easy

Cheeseburger Pie


1 lb Lean Ground Beef (at least 80% lean)

1 (1/2 c) medium Onion, chopped

1/2 tsp Salt

Pinch of Pepper

1 c (4 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c Bisquick Gluten Free Mix
1 c Milk
3 Eggs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over med-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. In med. bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25-30 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
